Booking FAQ
How do I book a retreat with Bonclarken?
We would love the opportunity to host your retreat! The best way to start the process is by filling out our Request for Availability form. This quick form gives your Group Coordinator the information we need to connect with you, discuss availability, and prepare a quote for your retreat.
What happens next?
Once we’ve confirmed the details, we’ll send you a contract and request for deposit through our convenient online portal. Once you’ve signed the contract and paid your deposit, your retreat is confirmed! After that, your Group Coordinator will be available every step of the way from planning to payment.
Day Retreats
We offer a variety of meeting facilities including furnishings and a/v equipment at several price points for qualifying groups. Groups hosting a day retreat are welcome to have meals in the Dining Hall for an additional fee.Â
